Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to your local courier or drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
